Mind games? Mourinho insists Man City are in the driving seat to land the Premier League title

Chelsea boss Mourinho takes his side to the Etihad on Monday night knowing they will fall six points behind Manuel Pellegrini’s men if City continue their 100 per cent home form.

But Mourinho tried to take the heat off his side after their goalless draw with West Ham as he maintained he NEVER expected the Blues to reclaim the crown.

Mourinho said: ”Whether we win, lose or draw, I don’t think we’re in contention.

”Next season, it will be a completely different story. Then I will tell you we are playing to win the title.

”We won’t give up. I won’t give up. We will go there to win, as we do every game but we are preparing for next season, much more than this season.”
